Ancak do\u011fru ad\u0131mlarla, g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde bronzla\u015fmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. \u0130\u015fte baz\u0131 \u00f6neriler:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. G\u00fcne\u015f Koruma Kremi Kullan\u0131n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyaz tenli ki\u015filer, g\u00fcne\u015fe maruz kalmadan \u00f6nce mutlaka y\u00fcksek koruma fakt\u00f6rl\u00fc bir g\u00fcne\u015f kremi kullanmal\u0131. SPF 30 veya \u00fczeri bir \u00fcr\u00fcn tercih etmek, cildi g\u00fcne\u015fin zararl\u0131 etkilerinden koruyarak bronzla\u015fmay\u0131 sa\u011flar. Bu saatlerde g\u00fcne\u015fe do\u011frudan maruz kalmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n ve daha serin saatlerde (sabah erken ya da ak\u015fam ge\u00e7 saatler) bronzla\u015fmay\u0131 tercih edin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. \u0130lk G\u00fcnlerde K\u0131sa S\u00fcreli Maruziyet<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130lk kez bronzla\u015f\u0131rken veya uzun s\u00fcredir g\u00fcne\u015fe \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131ysan\u0131z, cildinize a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 y\u00fcklenmek yerine k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli (20-30 dakika) g\u00fcne\u015flenmek en iyisidir.
