Ancak bu s\u00fcreci daha <strong>kontroll\u00fc, dengeli ve cilt sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 en az riske atacak \u015fekilde<\/strong> yapmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fte <strong>sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bronzla\u015fman\u0131n p\u00fcf noktalar\u0131<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;1. Il\u0131k ve K\u0131sa Du\u015flar Al<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c7ok s\u0131cak su \u2192 cildi kurutur \u2192 bronzluk \u00e7abuk silinir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Banyoda <strong>s\u00fcnger veya kese yapma<\/strong> al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azalt, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00f6l\u00fc deriyi h\u0131zla soyarsan bronzluk da gider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Bol Su \u0130\u00e7<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bronz cilt = nemli cilt. Susuz kalmak cildi kurutur ve bronzluk \u00e7abuk silinir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00fcnde en az <strong>2\u20132,5 litre su<\/strong> i\u00e7meye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. G\u00fcne\u015ften Yava\u015f Yava\u015f Ayr\u0131l<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tatil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc aniden g\u00fcne\u015ften tamamen uzakla\u015fmak yerine, <strong>g\u00fcnl\u00fck k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli g\u00fcne\u015f temas\u0131yla<\/strong> melanin \u00fcretimi yava\u015f\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ama bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te yine <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f kremi kullanmaya devam et<\/strong>!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.
